email address hyperlink to bcc field
I have a spreadsheet in which I record the email addresses of multiple
parties that I am required to send pricing updates to each month. The hyperlink brings up a new message in Lotus Notes with the addresses in the To: line. Unfortunately this allows each user to see who else the pricing has been sent to, so I paste the addresses into the Bcc: field from the To: field, then delete the addresses in the To: field. Is it possible to have the hyperlink default to the Bcc: field? Thanks. -- Mark |

If you don't get an answer here, try posting in the Outlook group.
