Let's say we have names in column A from A1 thru A30. In column B we have a
score for each name. The scores could be height or weight or white cell count or anything else. Set the condtional format in A1 to Formula is: =B1<AVERAGE(B$1:B$30) with a distinctive background. All the names with scores below average will be hi-lighted. -- Gary's Student "Ken321" wrote: Please help |
