Default where's my title bar?

My taskbar is at the bottom of the screen.

But if you can't see the worksheet titlebar, you can:
window|arrange|tiled and resize the way you want.

If you can't see the application titlebar, you can:
activate the excel application (just click in one of its windows)
hit alt-space bar
hit m (for move)
and use the arrow keys to move the window to where you want it.
When you're happy, just hit the enter key.

Then resize it the way you want.
