Default Have to upgrade from office 2000 to 2003, need some help.

So my work is upgrading from office 2000 to 2003, they have a page to upgrade
this and its not too difficult so I can live with that part.

The real question I have is...I have lots of persnal workbook macros,
functions...add ins etc etc. What all do I need to save to ensure all my user
settings will transition over to the new excel?
