Default How do I use Office 2000 & Office 2003 on a network?

I have Office 2003 Pro on my old computer. I have 3 licenses for Windows XP.
But I need to use Office 2003 on a network. I know I can access files over
the network but to use the actual programs in Office do I need to buy another
Office 2003 program or can I just buy a license and use it on the second
computer?
