Default #Empty error

I've never seen this before. A VLOOKUP query returned #EMPTY. Does anyone
know what this means? Didn't see anything in Excel Help even mentioning
this error.

Thanks,

Al

Please disregard - turns out that was the actual data in the cell, must have
been a download error in the lookup table.

Any chance that the value returned is actually #EMPTY?
