Default One more question, please

I have data set out in 4 columns. What I need to do is pick the value
in the fourth column (492 below) and look up the range in the other 2
columns that have the same value I picked in the fourth column. For
example:
Column 1 2 3 4
RB 2.46 0.0295 492
CP 4.62 0.0202 176
NG 11.28 0.1078 492
MWC 4.98 0.02369 492

If I pick 492, I want the range in columns 2 and column 3.
Column 1 (which contains text only) to adjust accordingly.

Thanks, guys
