My X-Y axis are showing 1,2,3.. How do I change Y axis to a,b,c..

Are you talking axes on a chart (in which case you may be better off at
microsoft.public.excel.charting), or do you mean row & column names? If you
mean that your column names have changed to numbers & you want to reset to
letters, you need Tools/ Options/ General, & unset R1C1 reference style.
