[1] How does one show negative numbers in red color?
[2] How does one "paint" cells/fields?

1. FormatCellsNumberNumber. Select the "negative numbers" format.

2. Don't understand "paint".

Color the cells? FormatCellsPatterns.

OR just click on the PaintCan Icon on the formatting toolbar.
