subtotal in a list

use the Subtotal command. After you apply one subtotal, choose the Subtotal command again. Select the next subtotal settings, and remove the check mark from 'Replace current subtotals' afi wrote: Is nested subtotals possible within a list in Excel? -- Debra Dalgleish Contextures http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
