Default Pivot Tables

Is there a way to set a default on the pivot table field in the page area so
that when you drag items onto it, the field will always Sum? It's a real
tedious job to have to double click and change from Count to Sum when you
have a large number of fields.

Nope.

But Debra Dalgleish has an addin that removes some of the time/sweat.
