I have a spreadsheet that has certain rows highlighted to denote status.
When I add information and re-sort to alphabetize the colors do not move with the data. Can you help. |

Conditionally formatted colors do not sort with the data.
However, normal color formatting does sort with the data. Borders of any type never sort with the data. -- Jim Cone San Francisco, USA http://www.officeletter.com/blink/specialsort.html "Durrer Floors" wrote in message I have a spreadsheet that has certain rows highlighted to denote status.
