Default Data Validation lists display bottom vs top

OK.

I learned a ton of stuff from Debra Dalgleish's site about data validation
with dynamic lists and now I'm down to the silly stuff.

When I enter a cell that has data validation via one of these lists the list
always displays the bottom of the list instead of the top of the list. Is
there a way to have the scroll bar start at the top all the time. Not a big
deal but my users aren't particularly observant and I'm afraid they'll think
that the choice that they want isn't on the list (instead of scrollling the
list up).

Appreciate the help.

Usual cause of this is you have at least one blank cell at the bottom of your
list range.

Get rid of it/them.
