Default hyperlink to send spreadsheet

I wanted to have a hyperlink with somebody's e-mail address. When you click
the e-mail address, I would like it to e-mail that person the current
spreadsheet. I know you can File--Send To, I know you can click the
hyperlink and it opens a new e-mail. But I want to combine the two.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
