Default Still problem with larg file size...

I have read the threads on excessive excel file sizes and found the majority
of my sheets go down to 65000, don't ask my why. I have dealt with them all
i.e. delete rows method, but for some reason one of my sheets will not delete
the unused rows and it still goes IV too 65000, anyone got any ideas. I have
tried twice to reduce the size.

I do have macro's running, but the macro's only search the sheet, insert a
row, paste some data(5 cells) and do an autofit on the columns. Any ideas???
