I have a spreadsheet that is only accessible to my boss and I. There is
another manager who needs to see 1 tab in this spreadsheet every day, as new information is put in. Since he doesn't have access to the main spreadsheet, I transfered the info from that tab to a new spreadsheet via lookups. This is fine, except the other manager cannot update this new sheet, b/c he cannot access the original information that the lookups point to. My question is: is it possible to have the new spreadsheet update automatically from the original one so that the manager can see new info without being prompted to update? |
