I have a worksheet that is about 7000 rows long. Right now I have it grouped
5 ways: 1- Quarter,2-Month,3-Date,4-Department,5-items made. Right now I am selecting two blank rows per department and grouping 1 department at a time. Is there a easier way to do this? Thank you very much for your help. |

Depending on what you're doing, maybe a pivottable summary would be
easier/better. Or if you want, you could sort your data and do data|subtotals. arepemko wrote: I have a worksheet that is about 7000 rows long.
