Hi Rfj,
So my question is 'is there a more effective way to go about linking an updated clean spreadsheet of data into my existing analysis spreadsheet other than recreating every range name and link manually'. There is: Data, get external data, new database query, choose Microsoft Excel files. If you define a couple of dynamic range names pointing to the resulting data you should be able to simply click data, refresh data next time.
