Default One line starts higher than others

I have a document where I use a lot of column breaks (entered with
ctrl+shift+enter) to start the new sections. In one section the first line
is about 1/8 inch higher than the rest of the sections. How do I lower it
to match the other sections?

It may be that some cells are formatted differently. if so this may be the
solution -

Highlight the whole of the spreadsheet. To do this -
Click on the box between the column header and the row header

and
Click on<Format<Cells<Alignment<Top. (or whatever)

Regards.
