I am trying to setup a schift scheme for employees.
I have 7 employees to rotate in 5 shifts. they have to work 40 hrs per week
and have 1 day off. The employee's shifts must elapse 24 hours before his
next shift.
3 shifts for cashregisterA with the shift hours S1 23.00-07.00, S2
07.00-15.00 and S3 15.00-23.00.
2 shifts for the cashregisterB with the shift hours S1 07.00-15.00 and S2
15.00-23.00.

I have tried to setup something like.
