Thank you for your response, however, I don't know what you mean. Perhaps I
should clarify my problem. I'm trying to cut and paste data from a webpage onto my spreadsheet. Everytime I do this, the little autoformat icon appears and gives me 2 choices: keep formatting and match destination formatting. When I cut and paste, the data always retains its formatting by default. What I want to know is, how do I change the default so that the data will always match the destination format?
