Default newbie/ update a calendar

I'm new to excel, I maybe taking on an impossible project? I would like
to have a worksheet (form) that I can fill in and email, also update a
calendar. I would use this for scheduling upcoming work load in
different depts. and notify the sales and CSR's. If anyone needs more
info let me know what you need to know and I'll post it.
