![]() I have faced a problem trying to make a complicated table out of a simple table. My excel workbook consist of 12 sheets, each representing a month. Each sheet contains some data in form of name-of-value (row) - company-devision (column) - value-itself (data). At first, it was pretty simple table with only few values and calculations. But later, I had to make the table more complicated. So, after changing anything on the one sheet (one month) I had to do the same on all other sheets. Now the table is huge, and I need to add even more values. It won't be a piece of cake to replicate everything for all the twelve months. Is there any solution I can get from using a database? I have never worked with Access, but worked a lot with MySQL databases. So, if Access is the only way out - that won't be a problem for me. -- benedek ------------------------------------------------------------------------ benedek's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=37697 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=572954 |
