how to eliminate a space when the field is blank in a merge
Concatenate will not insert a blank:
put hello in A1 put world in C1 make no entries in B1 =A1&B1&C1 will display: helloworld -- Gary's Student "Beyersdorf" wrote: when you merge a letter and one of the fields is blank how do you eliminate the space that occurs when there is no data: Mr. Gary A.
