I would like to know how to slant a cell the right without any text?

Default Slanting a cell to the right

If you're trying to make some sort of a blank form to print out in XL, where
the cells will be manually filled in at a later time, you can enter a
<space in place of a character, and you'll get the same, slanted effect, as
long as you use borders around the individual cells.
