Hi,
please does anyone know if it is possible to limit a pivot table to return only a certain number of entries. For example, using the pivot table to sum total sales by salesperson but then to only return the top 5 salespeople? Thanks very much, Dan |

Assuming you grouped by the field called Salesperson - just double click on
Salesperson and Choose Advanced. You can sort and choose your top 5 here. "Dan" wrote: Hi, please does anyone know if it is possible to limit a pivot table to return only a certain number of entries.
