Default Can I alphabetize a PivotTable Field List?

1. Do you HAVE to move colums/fileds around in your base table (the raw
data) in order to alphabetize Pivot Table Field List or is there some
other way to do it?

Other PivotTable Questions:

2. How do I find the original datasource of a pivot chart? Data
PivotTable and PivotChart Report… Back Get Data only shows you the

columns in your query. I can’t find the original table.

3. In the same Book (Excel), can I have two different sheets that
use/reference data from different external sources? Or am I limited to
one data source per Excel workbook?

4. If I copy and paste a pivot table from one workbook to another, will
it reference the same data? What if I copy and paste a pivot table from
one spreadsheet to another (assuming my question #3 is possible)?

5. Do I have to refresh every Pivot Table on the same sheet,
individually if I've updated the data?

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Natalie:)
