Default Setting hyperlinked cells to be displayed at the top of the screen

When linking cells in a workbook using hyperlinks (either within the same
worksheet or not) how do you make the target cell be shown at the top of the
screen - it frequently jumps to the cell being displayed on the bottom row
which means you have to search the screen to see where you've linked to?
