Default How to increase calculations speed in pivot table with calculated fields & items

Hi All
I have a budget constructed in a form of pivot table with added
calculated fields actual vs budget, differences, % of completion and
calculated items in row area that group some accounts and calculate
profit, EBIT. When i dragging the acc items in row area or turn off or
on additional fields in column area table starts to calculate formulas
ant it takes about 3-5 min to coplete refreshing. how can I increase
this process or refresh pivot manually? turning off option SAVE DATA
WITH TABLE LAYOFF in table options doesn't work here. Source data have
about 20k of rows only...
If anybody could give some advis about this - i'll be appreciate.
Thanx

Stanislav
