Default retrieving information


In one worksheet i have many columns with information which is names and
skills of that name in a corresponding row, I want to search and view
this information, im using a match zero formula however I can only get
one answer when I would like all of them. How can I achieve this?

Default retrieving information


i switched to lookup formula but still getting one result (the final
one) - but their is multiple answers in one column

i am basically matching a text to a cell and need to retrieve
information from a row that matches the cell
