![]() Hi all. I am trying to make a pivot table that has a 2 functions. In one column, I want the find sum all the acreages for a particular Property. *and* by the type of landscape it has(ie grass, gravel) by it's Parcel number. that is easy. *However*, I would like to get the Owner Name, Address, and Zip in the fields beside it. But when i make my pivot table, I put the owner and adress in the data field, it just gives the COUNT of types of landscape. I want the actual owner. Am I going in the wrong direction here? I'm on excel 2000 and thx -- araki ------------------------------------------------------------------------ araki's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=15334 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=567444 |
