Pivot Table "look"

Hi all.
I am trying to make a pivot table that has a 2 functions.

In one column, I want the find sum all the acreages for a particular
Property.
*and* by the type of landscape it has(ie grass, gravel) by it's Parcel
number. that is easy.

*However*, I would like to get the Owner Name, Address, and Zip in the
fields beside it. But when i make my pivot table, I put the owner and
adress in the data field, it just gives the COUNT of types of
landscape. I want the actual owner.

Am I going in the wrong direction here?

I'm on excel 2000 and thx

Miguel Zapico

Pivot Table "look"

They are text files, so for showing their values they should be in the
rows/columns/page area. In the data area only numbers are displayed.
Drag the fields on the rows or the columns instead, and check what layout
fits you more.

Hope this helps,
Miguel.
