Default Link to Spreadsheet

Hello everyone,

I have got a spreadsheet which references data from a different spreadsheet.

One field should be copying text over, however it seems to be cutting off
about half way through, approximately after 130 characters.

Is this just me??

Kind Regards,
Beth

if you use:
=len(a1)
(point at the correct cell)

What do you see?

If you see the correct length, but not all the string, try widening the column
or increasing the rowheight.

Be aware that if the sending workbook is closed, then excel will return 255 (or
256???) characters in a formula like this.

If you open the sending workbook, all the text will be returned--it's the way
excel works with closed workbooks.
