Default Excel 2007 PivotTable Named Sets as a filter

How do you utilize named sets as a filter?

For example I want to get the totals on my Top 100 customers but I dont want
to show them. How can I do this?

In the VS2005 Browser I drag them into the "Dimension Filter" area, is there
an equivalent?
