Have you used Alt/Enter within a cell to have two (or more lines of text within the cell? Type a name, then hit Alt/Enter and the cursor will remain within the cell and allow you to enter a line. You can also use Alt/Enter to add blank space between the text. Copy that down the page, and go back to add more names in any order. Then sort the list and there you are. Joe |
