Default Pivot Tables

Hi,

If I copy a worksheet with a pivot table and delete the list on which
the pivot is based then the pivot has no data upon refreshing but the
dropdown still contains some data from the last list. Is there any
option to delete that too..

Please suggest

If you remove the column, row, or page field from the layout. Then refersh
the data and add the field back to the layout it will be blank.
