Default How do I create a comment on an unlocked cell in a protected sheet

Am not able to create a comment on an unlocked cell in a protected sheet.
Creating comments is not one of the features I can enable when protecting the
sheet. Please advise if you've faced/solved this problem before.

Unprotect your worksheet
tools|protection|protect sheet

You'll see an object to allow the user to edit Objects (phrasing/location
changes with versions of excel). Make sure you allow this.

and continue with the protection.

Remember that when you allow comments, you're also allowing the users to change
other objects, too--shapes/buttons/pictures....
