Adding comments to unprotected cell in a protected sheet
Is there a way to add comments to an unprotected cell in a protected
worksheet? The option to insert a comment is not available in the insert menu even when the cursor is on the unprotected cell. Thanks Dave |

Adding comments to unprotected cell in a protected sheet
If you allow objects to be edited, you can add them.

Thank you that works.
What else will this allow the user to edit on the protected sheet? I am not sure what is included under "Objects".
