Default Error message-Dataset...

Running Excel 2003

Received the following message when downloading a report from our mainframe...

Dataset has exceeded the maximum of 70,000.00 unable to continue formatting...

Any ideas as to what has caused this, or what I can do to correct?

TIA,
Sandi

Excel 2003 has only 65536 rows available.

If possible, break your incoming data into manageable chunks of less than 65536
then spread out over multiple worksheets.

OR..........Use a macro to break up the incoming data.
