Default save as xlw (workspace format)

Hello,
I've got Excel 2003 and I need to (school) save the file in .xlw (workspace
format). But that is not an option under Save as. Are there any updates or
ways to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's under File/ Save Workspace ..., not under Save As ...

It's under File/ Save Workspace ..., not under Save As ...
