Default Non-Printing Objects

How do I set an object set as a non-printing item? i.e. a text-box set to
display on screen but not print.
Thanks for any and all help.

Canoehead,

When you insert the Text Box, right mouse click on it and go to
Properties. Change the Print Object property from True to False.

Hi
Click right button on the object and select "Format Object" or select from
Format menu. Select Properties Tab and Disable "Print Object combo box"
