Default Y Axis Labels

I have a chart that is listed weeks against a score, ie:

Week 1 2
Week 2 5
Week 3 1

and so on. The numbers however refer to a word, ie:

Week 1 2 Bad
Week 2 5 Very Good
Week 3 1 Very Bad

When i chart it i chart against the numbers to make sure it works but i
need the Y-Axis labels to look against the words. Any ideas?
