Default 0 on both x and y axis

Hi how do I format the chart so that the plot will start at 0(where x axis
intercepts y axis) on both x and y axis? thank you!

AS -

Use an XY (Scatter) chart type.

For each axis, select it, and choose Format Selected Axis | Scale to specify
where the other axis crosses.
