Default Activate Built-in chart in Custom Types tab

I use the Chart Wizard to create a chart. When I click on the Custom Types
tab, I only see the User-defined option. The built-in option is disable.

How do I activate the built-in option in the Custom types tab ?

Thanks
Lisa
