How do I keep my data as percentages but suppress the % sign on the axis and
value labels? It takes up valuable printing space and serves no useful purpose, since the axes are already labelled. |

Hi,
I'm not sure you can as the % in the formatting multiplys the value by 100. You would have to use additional cells to store the revised values. Use a formula to multiply the values by 100 and then just display them as numbers. How many %'s do you have? They don't take up that much space but admittedly I haven't seen you chart :) Cheers Andy LC673 wrote: How do I keep my data as percentages but suppress the % sign on the axis and value labels?
