Default Data Table Question

Hello,

Is it possible to not show a series in the Data Table but have the
line or value shown in the chart? I have one or two series that I
don't want to see in the Data Table, but the rest of the series I want
to see.

Thanks!

I don't believe that is possible with the standard data table. However, you
can format the background of the chart to match the background of the
worksheet cells at the bottom of your chart. You can use these cells as your
custom data table. Then applying some color and border formatting, you can
include the cells and chart together and wrap a dark border around them to
make the area look like it is just a chart alone.

Regards,

Depending on the layout of the data, you may be able to use a linked
picture on your chart.

Add the camera tool to your toolbar:
Choose ToolsCustomize
On the Commands tab, select the Tools category
Drag the Camera tool to an existing toolbar

Add a picture to the chart:
Select the data and headings you want in the faked data table
Click the camera tool button
Select the chart
Click on the chart to paste the copied data as a linked picture
