THE CUMIPMT() IS NOT PRESENT?
From XL Help ("CUMIPMT" topic):
Returns the cumulative interest paid on a loan from start_period to end_period. If this function is not available, and returns the #NAME? error, install and load the Analysis ToolPak add-in.
