Default Catagory Axis

I am using a combination chart with dual axis. I am plotting large values on
the right side and percentages on the left side. However my Catagory Axis is
at 0 on the left side and 15,000,000 on the right side. I would like to show
both values aligned at 0. Is this possible?

Default Catagory Axis

You have to set the scales of both axes so they coincide. Do this by
double-clicking on one axis, choosing the Scale tab, and setting
appropriate parameters; then repeat for the other axis.
