Default Excel "Value (Y) Axis" is cutoff--Fix it!

Excel (part of Office 2000 with all latest updates) has a bug in WinXP Pro.
The text that shows the descriptions of units for the Y axis is cut off no
matter what font. Very annoying...surprising to find such an ugly bug in a
Microsoft product (just kidding).
