I have a sales team spreadsheet that shows which sales person worked with whom. Everyone has to partner with someone at least once during the week.

What I want to find out is who is working with who and how frequently they are working with the same partner.

My goal is to have solid number like:

Smith worked with Baker 3 times
Baker worked with Tilly 4 times
and so on.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet as well.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.
